Many collectors and friends have told me they want to know the story behind the sculptures and my influences. This blog is an opportunity to have a conversation with you, about what matters to me as an artist, and hopefully you as an art enthusiast.

The work I share with you has been influenced by my own connections with architecture's impact on our visual vocabulary, and my personal experiences in the natural world. Every day we experience our one foot firmly planted in the architectural world, not realizing that our other foot is, at the same time, firmly planted in the natural world. Like a game of Twister, our next step is always into the surprises of new experiences.
